HEADSTAND AND VARIATIONS
I love headstand
I spend may be 20 minutes in the headstand and variations in the class. Some time even longer.
Keep the headstand as a meditative posure. Come to the heastand, be very stable then close your eyes and focus on your breathing on the tip of the nose. Watching each inhalation and watching each exhalation. JUST LIKE MEDITATION.
Ideally learn to stay in the headstand minimum of 10 minutes.
